Order Handling: All orders are processed and prepared within 1 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an automated dispatch notification once your order is collected by the carrier.

Delivery Estimates:

• Standard Tracked Delivery: 3 to 7 working days following dispatch.

• Express Courier Delivery: 2 to 3 working days following dispatch.

Consignment Tracking: As soon as your parcel has been handed over to the courier, an email containing your tracking reference will be sent so you may follow the progress of your shipment.
